College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

The Center for Independent and Distance Learning is an authorized CLEP testing facility. CLEP tests are developed by professional educators from various colleges and universities in the U.S. They are standardized nationally and widely accepted. Credit is awarded for courses if you achieve the required score. The passing score and credit awarded varies from school to school, so check with the school of your choice for specific requirements.

National and OU CLEP exams cost $107.00, payable with a $72.00 check to CLEP and a $35.00 check to OU. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The payment is made prior to taking the exam, and is not refundable. Cash cannot be accepted.
