Q:  How much does a CLEP exam cost, and is the money refundable?

A:  National and OU CLEP exams cost $115, payable with a $80 check or money order to CLEP and a $35 check or money order to OU. The College Composition Modular exam for ENGL 1113 credit costs $125 ($80 payable to CLEP and $45 to OU).

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The payment is made at the time of the exam, and is not refundable. Cash cannot be accepted.
