1Tuition and fees for out-of-state students are the same as those of Oklahoma residents.
2The Academic Excellence Fee (AEF) varies depending on the most recent date a student was admitted to OU, re-admitted, or incurred a change of status.
- Effective as of August 1, 2009, the AEF is $54.70 per credit hour.
- Effective as of August 1, 2008, the AEF is $52.70 per credit hour.
- Effective as of August 1, 2007, the AEF is $41.70 per credit hour.
- Effective as of August 1, 2005, the AEF is $21.70 per credit hour.
- Effective prior to August 1, 2005, the AEF is $11.70 per credit hour.
3The shipping fee is $50 per course for students who live outside of the continental United States.
4The handling fee only applies to print-based courses.
5Academic Records Fee is charged once each term, regardless of the number of courses taken. This fee entitles a student to free transcripts for life.
6A course extension adds 90 days to the original 180-day enrollment period and must be initiated by the student before the course enrollment expires.
7Students can resubmit two lessons for regrading without charge but will be charged $25 for any subsequent resubmissions; applies to both print-based and online courses.
